Limited Product Warranty

At Karenna's Design Studio, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated products designed to bring beauty, peace, and intentional living into your home.

If you receive a product that is defective due to manufacturing or workmanship, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper use, misuse, or abuse
Accidental damage
Improper storage
Fire or water damage
Natural variations in handcrafted products
Improper candle burning or diffuser usage

Candles

Our candles are handcrafted using 100% soy wax for a clean, luxurious burn.

To maximize performance:

Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
Allow the wax to melt completely across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.
Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Because our candles are made with natural soy wax, slight frosting, texture variations, or subtle color differences may occur. These are natural characteristics of soy wax and do not affect the candle's quality or performance.

Reed Diffusers

Our reed diffusers are crafted with 100% natural oils and fragrances to provide a continuous, elegant fragrance experience.

For best results:

Insert the reeds into the bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance.
Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks, or as desired, to refresh the scent.
Place the diffuser on a stable, protected surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, children, and pets.
Avoid contact with finished wood, painted surfaces, fabrics, marble, granite, or other delicate materials, as natural oils may cause staining or damage.

Because natural oils and fragrances are used, slight variations in fragrance profile or color may occur between batches. These natural variations reflect the authenticity of the ingredients and do not affect product performance.

Room Sprays

Our room sprays are thoughtfully crafted with 100% natural oils and fragrances to provide a premium home fragrance experience that complements intentional living.

For best results:

Spray into the air toward the center of the room to allow the fragrance to disperse naturally.
Avoid spraying directly onto furniture, fabrics, finished wood surfaces, leather, artwork, electronics, or open flames.
Test on an inconspicuous area before using around delicate textiles or specialty finishes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, children, and pets.

Due to the use of natural oils and fragrances, slight variations in color or aroma between batches may occur. These natural variations are normal and reflect the quality and authenticity of the ingredients used—they do not affect the performance or integrity of the product.

Soaps

Our luxury liquid hand soaps are thoughtfully crafted with premium ingredients to provide a gentle yet indulgent cleansing experience. Designed to complement our signature fragrance collections, each soap transforms an everyday routine into a moment of wellness, comfort, and intentional self-care while leaving your hands feeling refreshed and beautifully fragranced.

For best results:

Dispense one to two pumps onto wet hands and lather thoroughly.
Rinse completely with clean water.
For external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity develops.
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Keep out of reach of young children unless used under adult supervision.
